ABOUT

Kenneth N. Brodsky, Esquire, a Pennsylvania native, is a graduate of Temple University and Delaware Law School. Upon graduation from law school, he worked in various general practice law firms and a Pennsylvania Insurance firm. From 1994 to the present time, he has been in private practice in his own law firm concentrating his practice in representing injured workers in Pennsylvania. He has also handled various liability/personal injury claims and general litigation over his 25 plus years as an attorney.

Currently, he is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association for Justice (Trial Lawyers), Montgomery County Bar Association, Philadelphia Bar Association, as well as the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Over the past 25 plus years, he has lectured and taught at seminars involving various areas of law.

For the past eight years, he is involved with the Pennsylvania Bar Association High School Mock Trial competition and acts as a volunteer Attorney advisor for a local Montgomery County High School. He actively participates as a Judge for the American Mock Trial Association at the College Level. Most recently, in the spring of 2016, he participated in judging a Moot Court competition for law students at the University of Pennsylvania.

He has handled cases before Workers' Compensation Judges in Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania, The Pennsylvania Worker's Compensation Appeal Board, and Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. He is currently certified as a Worker's Compensation Specialist as designated by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on Worker's Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He has also handled cases in Common Pleas Court involving diverse cases. He has participated as an arbitrator in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas where he regularly was asked to act as chairman of the arbitration panel. He also participates and volunteers as a Judge Pro Tern in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. On a pro bon basis, has previously represented various Philadelphia Civic Associations in Zoning and other matters on a pro bono basis. He has again been elected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, most recently in 2017.
