2025 Election Information
2025 Election Results
On November 4th voters delivered another commanding mandate for Democratic leadership across Abington and Rockledge. From the townshipwide Tax Collector race to neighborhood commissioner and inside worker contests, our community chose effective, transparent, forward-looking government—and Democrats delivered.
This November the people in our community sent a clear message about our values and vision for the future, which was achieved through all of you. From the community members who were actually on the ballot, to the volunteers going out into our community, knocking doors, talking to neighbors, putting up lawn signs, and talking about the values you hold and the community that you envision.
This sweeping victory is a reflection of all of you - and we need to build that momentum leading into 2026! If we keep pushing and building our base, together our local efforts can affect real change that can turn things around on a local, statewide, and national level.
A Blue Wave!
Our activities will only increase next year! We have a lot of plans in the works to better streamline our efforts and bring our community together. However, we can only do this with the help of you, our ARDC family and volunteers. If you have not already filled out our NEW volunteer form, please do so here: https://tinyurl.com/volunteerARDC.
Among many other things, this form will help us organize our volunteers by Ward, which will help organize canvassing next year, and allow for our committee people to more easily reach their democrat neighbors. It will also help us better organize social events, fundraising, election day volunteers, and all the things that will make ARDC the community we want it to be.
Thank you for all of your efforts this year. Let's rest, regroup, and reorganize for 2026!

Important Dates for 2025
Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice retentions
Justice Christine Donohue
Justice Kevin Dougherty
Justice David Wecht
There are many important races happening in the general election this November in Pennsylvania, but the top priority is the 3 Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices, all Democrats, who are up for retention this year - Christine Donohue, Kevin Dougherty, and David Wecht.
The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania consists of seven members who are elected to 10 year terms as justices. Democrats have had the majority since 2015 with five justices elected as Democrats, and this year Republicans see an opportunity to take back the court. They’re urging voters to vote “no” on the three Justices, citing among other things, their rulings on 2020 election, ballot curing, and redistricting.
The Pennsylvania Bar Association, which reviews candidates for judicial office, has recommended all three Supreme Court justices for retention.
